Finance FAQs
What do I need to apply?
You'll need to be an NZ resident aged 18+, with ID and a bit of info about your income. Applications are made directly with Q or Afterpay, and normal credit and lending criteria apply.
What happens after the interest-free period?
Any balance still owing on your Q account when the interest-free period ends starts accruing interest at Q's standard rate. Simple rule: divide the purchase by the months and set up an automatic payment — you'll clear it with nothing extra to pay.
Can I use finance for servicing and workshop jobs?
Yep. Suspension services, pivot rebuilds, custom builds — if the workshop does it, you can put it on Q or Afterpay like anything else in the shop.
Do you handle the finance yourselves?
No — all applications and agreements are between you and the finance provider. We're the bike people; Q and Afterpay are the money people. We just make sure the two meet smoothly.
Found the one? Sort the finance in minutes.
Come see us at 12 Carr Road, Three Kings — or apply for Q online before you visit and walk out riding.
