    Building a custom downhill bike or trail rig starts with a conversation. You can select any frame we stock (or bring your own) and we’ll guide you through a curated selection of components. As a professional mtb builder, we ensure every part—from the bottom bracket standard to the brake hose length—is perfectly compatible and performance-optimised.      Can I customise a complete “off-the-shelf” bike?
    Absolutely. Many of our customers choose a complete bike but want specific upgrades like higher-engagement hubs or a specific handlebar width. We can swap parts during the initial build process so your bike is exactly how you want it from day one.
     Do you build custom downhill MTBs for racing?
    Yes. We have extensive experience building high-performance custom dh bikes. Whether it’s a high-pivot Forbidden or a custom-spec Santa Cruz V10, we focus on durability and race-winning setups.      What maintenance is required for a custom build?
    High-end custom mtb builds perform best with regular care. We recommend a No. 1 Service after the first few rides to check cable stretch and bolt torques. For long-term performance, our pivot and suspension services ensure your custom rig stays as quiet and capable as it was on the day it was built.
